Pedestrian Crash near Tully Road Left One Fatality

SAN JOSE, CA (November 12, 2021) – A pedestrian crash near Tully Road claimed the life of one man last Saturday evening.

Officers responded to the incident around 7:30 p.m. to the area of McLaughlin Avenue and Tully Road.

According to the investigators, a northbound 2007 Honda sedan struck the man while travelling on McLaughlin.

Afterwards, the paramedics arrived at the scene to transport the patient to a hospital where he succumbed to his injuries later on November 5.

At this time, San Jose Officials continued to withhold the identity of the deceased victim, pending notification from their next of kin.

Later on, authorities said that the driver remained at the scene and cooperated with the investigation.
