ELK GROVE, CA (November 4, 2022) – Wednesday morning, a pedestrian crash on Hampton Oak Drive claimed the life of a man

The fatal incident occurred around 7:20 a.m. at the intersection near Canyon View Drive in Elk Grove.

According to the investigators, a Nissan Altima going west on Hampton Oak Drive struck a man who was walking in the area.

As a result of the collision, the man sustained fatal injuries and died at the scene. However, his name remains undisclosed pending notification of next of kin.
