75-Year-Old Man Dies after Multi-Car Collision in Central Las Vegas

LAS VEGAS, NV (April 6, 2021) – Friday morning, a 75-year-old man was killed in a 3-vehicle crash on West Twain Avenue, in central Las Vegas.

Just after 9:00 a.m., a man was driving a 2009 Toyota Scion xD south on Duneville Street when he ran through a stop sign on Twain Avenue. There, he crashed into a 2020 BMW X3.

The impact pushed the BMW into a 2002 Toyota Echo. Meanwhile, the Scion rolled over and smashed into a nearby brick wall.

Per reports, the drivers of the BMW and Echo suffered moderate injuries. However, the driver of the Scion was taken to University Medical Center where he later died.

At this time, an active investigation into the 3-vehicle crash on Twain Avenue remains ongoing. Once available, more information will be released.
