30-Year-Old Dies in Motorcycle Accident near Kenwood Avenue
DEVORE, CA (October 12, 2022) – Saturday morning, a motorcycle crash on Interstate 15 claimed the life of Eduardo Calderon Zaragoza.
The incident occurred around 4:23 a.m., about a half mile north of Kenwood Avenue.
For reasons unknown, a motorcyclist lost control and was ejected onto the road. The driver of a red Nissan Sentra was unable to brake in time and struck the motorcyclist.
Medics arrived and pronounced 30-year-old Zaragoza, of Phelan dead at the scene.
Emergency crews closed off the surrounding area for a brief time during cleanup and preliminary duties before it was later reopened.
