A man who was fatally shot in Arleta June 14 has been identified as 33-year-old Edgar Serrato. The shooting occurred at 8:33 p.m. Monday in the 13500 West Wingo Street near Arleta Avenue. Anyone with information about the shooting should contact LAPD Mission Division detectives at (818) 838-9800.
