A young man who attended Electric Daisy Carnival in Las Vegas last month died because he consumed ecstasy, cocaine and alcohol, the Clark County Coroner's office told us today.

Toxicologists usually test for ethanol to determine if alcohol was consumed.

Anaya was one of two Electric Daisy Carnival attendees to have died of drug-related causes in Las Vegas this year. Associated Press says a third person who came to Vegas to attend the three-day festival but who never actually set foot on the concert grounds also died. The cause of death in that case is still pending.

The other concert-goer to die of drug-related issues was 24-year-old Montgomery Tsang of San Leandro, California, who suffered from “acute methylenedioxymethamphetamine (MDMA) toxicity,” a coroner's official told us previously.

Two other EDC Vegas festival goers died in 2012.

The event, organized by Beverly Hills-based firms Live Nation and Insomniac, started in Los Angeles but moved to Vegas in 2011 as a result of fallout from the death of a 15-year-old raver who died of an ecstasy overdose in 2010. She had sneaked into that event at the L.A. Coliseum.

Insomniac had this to say last month:

One death is one too many, and we all must do our part to keep each other safe, healthy and happy, tonight and every night.
