In the quaint Culver City art space known as Lab 101, L.A. Weekly photog Greg Bojorquez edges out the usual skateboarder creations and curates “LA Women,” a show integrating the talents of Eastside photo-historian Estevan Oriol, supermodel-turned-lensman Tony Ward and VIP shooter Patrick Hoelck. Additionally, noted skin-art legend Mr. Cartoon debuts new works on paper. In this show the artists turn their attention to the subject they love most, objectified or otherwise. Not for the faint of heart or easily offended — be prepared for nudity and an amazing car or two, all beautifully lit from a very male perspective. 8530-B Washington Blvd., Culver City; reception Sat., July 15, 7-10 p.m.; Tues.-Fri., 11 a.m.-6:30 p.m.; Sat., noon-4 p.m.; thru Aug. 14. (310) 558-0911.
