With Earth Day just around the corner, Squid Ink is sending out another reminder about the L.A. restaurants paying homage to Mother Nature tomorrow. And what better way to celebrate than with hand-crafted organic cocktails with happy hour prices. If you're not big on boozing, there is also discount biodegradable teas bags on sale and the Green Truck to keep you busy. For the down-and-dirty traditionalists, gardening and tree planting is always an option too. More details on Earth Day events after the jump.

Akasha: An all-day happy hour tomorrow features half off drinks including a basil lemon drop ($6); local strawberry and Guava margarita ($7); organic wines ($6), and organic beers ($4). For each bottle of Tru Vodka sold, the organic liquor company will plant a tree in the American rain forests throughout Central America. Thanks to bar patrons dedication to the brand, 65,102 trees and counting, since September 2009, have been planted so far. 9543 Culver Blvd., Culver City; (310) 845-1700.

Church & State Bistro: Tomorrow, from 3:45-4:45 p.m., volunteers from the Pedal Patch Community will teach Heart of Los Angeles Kids how to sow seeds at Church & State's new, on-site production garden, located alongside the restaurant. Following the tutorial and Q & A, hand crafted cocktails made with fresh herbs from the garden will be served for $12 each. Drinks feature a Sorrel Gin Fizz with sorrel leaves, fresh lime, sugar and soda; Parsley Mojito with fresh mint, rum, lime and sugar, and a Spice Trade with dark rum, St. Germain, cilantro, Anaheim chili and saffron. 1850 Industrial St., Los Angeles; (213) 405-1434.
