In January 2023, Global Gaming Business (GGB) Magazine, the international casino industry’s premier trade publication, named Earle G. Hall one of 25 people to watch globally for his work in digitalization, cashless, responsible gaming, and anti-money laundering technology.
Hall is the President and CEO of AXES.ai, Vice-Chairman of the International Gaming Standards Association (IGSA), and a board member of the Government Blockchain Association. A career technologist who is often cited as a futurist and expert in several different fields of technology, he’s given TEDx speeches on human behavior.
Every year, GGB compiles a list of global gaming industry trailblazers; inclusion in the annual roundup is one of the most prestigious honors in the profession. GGB is a division of Casino Connection International, LLC, hailed as the gaming industry’s complete source for business information. Past accomplishments and potential for impact on the future of gaming are considered during the lineup’s selection process.

Each year’s selections are made by the GGB Editorial Advisory Board, involving some of the most perceptive and prominent figures in the gaming industry. Nominees come from all facets of the gaming business, including land-based and online operators and suppliers, regulators, attorneys, tribal government officials, public officials, academics, and more. This practice serves to recognize that exceptional people operate not just in one exclusive industry segment or tier, but across the board.
“I am so grateful to all those I have served and led as they have offered me the challenges and the opportunities to become who I am,” Hall says, noting that his organizational mission is to cultivate and evolve his team while building cohesion and a strong corporate culture. “My deepest passion is to bridge the science and holistic realms of humanity to inspire all those I can to the possibility to become the best version of themselves to live a happy and purposeful life.”
Given Hall’s accomplishments, organizational values, and leadership record, the honor comes as no surprise to colleagues contemporaries, whom he credits for his success. “When I received this nomination, my only request (was) that it be perceived as me representing my incredible team and their belief and support in my vision. A vision is just a dream without a strong team to materialize it.”

Its mission is to facilitate the implementation of results that empower suppliers, operators and regulators with the highest level of perfection, performance and innovation through partnerships and education.
