From the outset of my career, I have embraced a global approach – engaging with an international audience, publishing innovative surgical techniques, and contributing to advancements that have been widely adopted by colleagues worldwide. Additionally, I have prioritised streamlining the medical tourism experience, ensuring that international patients receive world-class care with seamless accessibility.
Dubai makes a very attractive base for young content creators and influencers, not only due to the obvious perks of the city. Has this boosted your clientele visibly in the last couple of years?
Not significantly. Throughout my career, across various regions, I have treated high-profile individuals, including influencers, with word-of-mouth referrals naturally driving demand. While social media plays a role in shaping trends, my practice has always been built on expertise, trust, and delivering exceptional results rather than digital influence alone.
Now Dr. Kotti – please spill the beans – what surgeries, Safa from Netflix’s Dubai Bling did exactly with You?
Safa underwent a Mommy Makeover, which she openly discussed in Dubai Bling Season 3. As her doctor, I am bound by patient confidentiality and cannot disclose specific details, but I am delighted to see her exuding confidence this season. Witnessing my patients’ renewed self-assurance is one of the most rewarding aspects of my work.
There’s definitely parallels to the clientele within Los Angeles’ entertainment industry. The mommy make-over is very popular among actors and influencers here as well. What makes your approach to the treatment so special and how do you achieve such natural looking results?
I have developed and published advanced techniques that redefine the standard in aesthetic surgery. My Chignon Mastopexy technique allows for breast reshaping without the use of implants, ensuring a natural yet youthful result. Meanwhile, my Orthostatic Plication technique enhances abdominal muscle structure, sculpting refined, defined curves rather than a rigid, uniform flat stomach.
Years of experience have enabled me to refine my methodology, reducing operating theatre time while enhancing precision and predictability. Pain management is also a key aspect – I implement multiple nerve blocks during and after surgery, ensuring a virtually pain-free recovery. My approach is not solely about aesthetic enhancement; it is about delivering a safe, seamless, and transformative experience that prioritises patient well-being at every stage.
You’re renowned across the globe and have shared insights and knowledge in many countries. But patients also travel to see you for your treatments. Knowing someone came all the way from Los Angeles for example – despite the great number of top level practitioners here – just to be consulted and treated by you, how does that feel?
