28-Year-Old Man Dead after Head-On Collision near Dalton Avenue

LIVERMORE, CA (October 10, 2022) – Early Thursday morning, a driver was killed in a head-on crash on North Vasco Road.

The deadly accident happened around 3:40 a.m., just north of Dalton Avenue. 

According to reports, the driver of a white Honda Civic veered into the oncoming northbound lane. As a result, the Civic collided head-on with a black Honda Accord.

The Civic driver, a 28-year-old man from Brentwood, died at the scene.

Meanwhile, the 28-year-old Accord driver from Livermore was transported to Eden Medical Center in Castro Valley for significant injuries. At this time authorities have not released their identities to the public.

Emergency crews closed off the surrounding area for a brief time during cleanup and preliminary duties.
