Car Crashes into Southcrest Supermarket Leaving One Hurt

SAN DIEGO, CA (April 27, 2022) – A driver sustained injuries in a vehicle crash on 43rd Street Thursday morning.

According to the report, the crash occurred just after 3:00 a.m. at a Supermarket along the 1400 block of South 43rd Street.

Furthermore, authorities immediately responded to the scene upon receiving reports about an accident.

Moreover, witnesses claimed that a car exited the southbound I-805 and 43rd Street but drove past the intersection at a high rate of speed.

Afterwards the car entered a parking lot, struck traffic signs and bushes, ultimately slamming into the Northgate Market building.

The authorities said the driver managed to exit the vehicle after and only received minor injuries.

At this time, San Diego Officials are investigating the cause of the crash.
