Traffic Crash on Fort Lowell Left One Hurt

TUCSON, AZ (March 23, 2022) – On Tuesday, a multi-vehicle collision on First Avenue left one driver with non-life-threatening injuries, police said.

The crash involved five vehicles at First Avenue and Fort Lowell, according to Tucson Police.

Furthermore, authorities immediately responded to the scene upon receiving the report about the crash.

Moreover, according to the Tucson Police Department, one driver was taken to the hospital with injuries that were reported to be non-life-threatening.

Meanwhile, all five vehicles involved sustained major damage, the cause and factors leading up to the collision are still unknown.

Both directions of the roadway were temporarily closed down to allow for cleanup and preliminary duties, but have since reopened.

An active investigation into the crash remains underway.
