TUCSON, AZ (July 17, 2023) – Tuesday evening, Drevan Xavier Baltierrez was arrested after causing a three-vehicle collision.

According to the Tucson Police Department, it happened on July 11th, at South Harrison Road and East Golf Links Road.

According to reports, an initial collision between two vehicles happened in the area. Moments later, a third vehicle collided with the other vehicle downed on the road, and struck a woman in the area.

First responders to the crash transported the woman to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries. Her condition at this time is unavailable.

After the crash, the driver that caused the second collision was arrested. He is identified as 23-year-old Drevan Xavier Baltierrez. Baltierrez was taken into Pima County Jail for felony charges of Aggravated Assault (Serious Injury) and Endangerment.
