The celebrities came out in droves once again to support George Lopez and his amazing foundation for his 14th Annual George Lopez Celebrity Golf Classic. The George Lopez Foundation has been raising awareness about kidney disease and organ donation since its inception. The event was a 2-day fun filled extravaganza. The festivities started on Sunday night with a pre-party celebration where all the players and celebrities got to mingle and get to know each other before they hit the links the next day at a prestigious golf club in Toluca Lake, CA. The sunny day was picture perfect to be playing an 18-hole tournament followed by and evening of great cocktails, dinner, live entertainment and auction.

One of the highlights of the golf classic is the Doris Bergman’s Gratitude Lounge, which was filled with amazing products that the celebrities were gifted while enjoying some cocktails and a catered lunch.

The celebrities received Twisted Silver jewelry, electronics from Naztech, Beauty Kitchen skincare, Hypo Footwear, Mperial Sportswear, delicious Chokolatta Chocolates, golf trips, different spirits and much more.

The funds raised from the celebrity golf classic event will go toward the patient emergency fund to assist kidney families in need with living essentials like food, transportation, medication and medical expenses which helps them during this most difficult time. The foundation will also send 250 children with kidney disease to a fall and summer camps for a week they will enjoy and never forget.

The mission of the George Lopez Foundation is to create positive, permanent change for underprivileged children, adults and military families confronting challenges in education and health, as well as increasing community awareness about kidney disease and organ donation.
