60-Year-Old Dies in Two-Vehicle Accident on Newport Ridge Drive
NEWPORT BEACH, CA (June 15, 2022) – A crash on San Joaquin Hills Road left 60-year-old Donna Wildrick dead, Sunday evening.
According to initial reports the crash happened on June 12th, around 8:05 p.m., near San Joaquin Hills Road and Newport Ridge Drive.
Furthermore, investigators said a BMW and a Tesla collided in the area causing one of them to catch on fire.
Unfortunately, the responding officials pronounced Wildrick dead at the scene due to the extent of her injuries.
At the same time, two juveniles riding in the second vehicle sustained non-life threatening injuries and were hospitalized for further treatment.
Meanwhile, a dog involved in the incident also died at the scene.
Newport Beach Officials are working to identify the circumstances surrounding the two-vehicle crash. An active investigation is currently ongoing.
