Los Angeles Police Department detectives are looking for the gunman who walked into a Los Angeles barbershop March 21 and killed a man who was getting his haircut.

The shooting occurred Sunday at 6:38 p.m. when a Latino man wearing a blue hoodie strolled into the Alberto Barber Shop located at 730 South Alvarado Street, pulled out a handgun from his waistband and shot 35-year-old Domingo Reyes.

Reyes was shot in the head and the chest. Paramedics rushed him to a local hospital where he died of his injuries. Police believe the motive may be gang-related.
