In hopes of becoming America's first, The Dog Cafe is hosting a pop-up preview in downtown L.A. that will continue through January 25. The cafe atmosphere gives dog lovers a chance to interact with adoptable animals while getting a caffeine fix at the same time. Event partner Grounds and Hounds Coffee Co. is serving up drinks from the Perk Up mobile cafe which will be parked outside the storefront all weekend. Each day, a variety of sweet pups from Wags and Walks rescue group will be on location. All photos by Nanette Castro.
