Dennis RomeroThe Dodger organization might have the most-expensive player payroll in the nation if not in history (it's about time we gave the Yankees a run for their money), but you can still see the team for a fairly decent price.
Remember the days of the $10 ticket? Yeah, neither can we. But seriously, the average price to go see the boys in blue these days is … $48. Wow.
The thing is, compared to other teams, it's not that bad. Secondary ticket marketplace, Vivid Seats, did an analysis of early-season ticket prices in Major League Baseball:

L.A. comes in as the 12th most-expensive ticket in the league. The median ticket price (the price right in the middle if we lined up all the tix) was better: $32. And it looks like you can still get into Dodger Stadium for only $18.
A rep for Vivid Seats told us games get even pricier when expensive team battles expensive team:
The Dodgers don't take part in any of the top-25 most expensive match-ups of baseball's first half. The Yankees-Cardinals game in St. Louis on Memorial Day is the most expensive first half match-up ($147).
Ouch.
The defending world champs, the Boston Red Sox, have the most expensive tix around, at an average price of $102, the site says
The Chicago Cubs are second ($87). And the New York Yankees come in third ($93).

Even the Angels, at number 11, beat out the Dodgers in high price, Vivid Seats says. Their average ticket price was $51.
So the next time you're at Dodger Stadium sipping on a $10.25 cup of beer and enjoying the sublime SoCal weather, remember this: Life's not that bad.
