Claude VonStroke’s Birdhouse takeover of the Pink Stage was the place to be for all things Dirtybird this past Sunday, Aug. 6, at HARD Summer. Fans flocked repping Dirtybird gear, everything from hats to socks to, in one case, a guy rocking a full bird suit. The Birdhouse featured Dirtybird’s own Justin Martin and J. Phlip as well as Floating Points, Kim Ann Foxman, Louisahhh, Madam X and Colby J., with Claude finishing out the night strong. One stage apparently was not enough to contain the Dirtybird crew, as Christian Martin and Shiba San both played sets at the Corona Beach Stage and the label's newest signees, Walker & Royce, landed a slot at the massive HARDer Stage.
