20-Year-Old Driver Killed in Two-Vehicle Crash on Highway 58
ARVIN, CA (November 29, 2021) – Devon David Arn of San Luis Opisbo lost his life in a two-vehicle head-on crash at Highway 58.
The incident happened around 10:00 p.m. in the area of Highway 58 near Tower Line and General Beale roads.
As per CHP reports, Arn driving his car on westbound Highway 58 when, for unknown reasons, crashed into a semi-truck travelling east.
Due to the impact of the crash, responding paramedics pronounced Arn dead at the scene.
Meanwhile, officials are yet to release the condition of the truck driver.
At this time, CHP do not currently believe that drugs or alcohol were factors. However, an active investigation remains ongoing.
