28-Year-Old Lifeguard Pronounced Dead after Traffic Accident near Artesia Boulevard

TORRANCE, CA (August 23, 2022) – On Sunday morning, police responded to a crash on 405 Freeway that claimed the life of Derek Traeger.

The crash happened on August 14th in the early hours of the morning, on the northbound 405 freeway, south of Artesia Boulevard.
