55-Year-Old Pedestrian Fatally Struck in Deadly Collision near Cleghorn Road
CAJON, CA (September 29, 2022) – Tuesday night, 55-year-old Dean Camero was pronounced dead after a pedestrian accident on Interstate 15.
The crash occurred around 11:30 p.m, just north of Cleghorn Road.
For reasons unknown, the driver of a vehicle struck a pedestrian on the road. Upon arrival, medical personnel pronounced 55-year-old Camero dead at the scene due to the extent of his condition.
Following preliminary investigations, authorities are unsure if drugs or alcohol played a role in the collision.
Both directions of the roadway were temporarily shutdown to allow for cleanup and preliminary duties.
No further information regarding the fatal pedestrian accident on Interstate 15 is available at this time. However, an active investigation is currently underway.
