67-Year-Old David Pearson Identified as Fatal Victim in Motorcycle Crash in Sonoma County

SONOMA COUNTY, CA (September 1, 2021) 67-year-old David Pearson died tragically Friday after a fatal crash involving a big rig on Lakeville Highway.

The crash took place around 11:05 a.m., August 27,  at the intersection of Stage Gulch Road and Lakeville Highway.

According to reports, Pearson was riding a Harley Davidson when he failed to stop for the posted stop sign at the intersection and collided with the side of a big rig tanker truck.

Paramedics located him in critical condition and lying on the roadway, where he later succumbed to his injuries.

At this time, CHP investigators are now looking into the possible cause of the crash.
