Two-Car Crash on Highway 12 Left 69-Year-Old Hospitalized

TOUCHET, WA (February 2, 2022) – On Thursday afternoon, David Mur of Kennewick, sustained injuries in a two-vehicle crash on Highway 12.

The accident occurred at 4:30 p.m., near Walla Walla, along Highway 12.

Furthermore according to police, 42-year-old Enrique Sanchez of Kennewick, tried to cross Highway 12 from a private property in a 2006 Dodge Ram.

Eventually he failed to yield to Mur, who was going westbound in a 2005 Kia Sedona, causing the two vehicles to collide.

Medics then rushed Mur to Providence St. Mary Medical Center with unspecified injuries.

Meanwhile, Sanchez survived the accident unharmed, while Mur’s Sedona was severely damaged and had to be towed away.

Officials eventually cited Sanchez for failing to yield.
