Tonight the New Beverly kicks off a three-day run of a David Lynch double feature: the underrated/underseen Twin Peaks: Fire Walk With Me, followed by the wide critical consensus choice for the best film of last decade, Mulholland Drive. To mark the occasion, our music editor Gustavo Turner has compiled “a totally arbitrary” list of the Top Ten David Lynch Music Moments. He left out two of my personal favorites: the Locomotion scene (seen at the link without music, but with boobs, thanks to the tricky legality of YouTube), and the “Ghost of Love” theme, warbled by Lynch himself. More info on the New Bev double feature here.
