Motorcyclist Hurt in DUI Collision near Twin Bridge Road

WEST MARIN, CA (May 27, 2022)David Edward Goodman was injured after a head-on crash on Tomales Petaluma Road, Saturday evening.

The crash occurred around 7:30 p.m., just west of Twin Bridge Road. Investigators say a westbound Honda SUV crossed the double yellow lines and struck an eastbound BMW motorcycle.

Officers say David Edward Goodman was riding the motorcycle at the time. Upon impact, Goodman sustained non-life-threatening injuries. Eventually, a CHP helicopter arrived and airlifted him to Santa Rosa Memorial.

Meanwhile, police identified the SUV driver as 27-year-old Robert Chevoi Dauvgnnte Lomack Jr.

Authorities booked Lomack into Marin County Jail on suspicion of DUI after his release from the hospital. The Marin County District Attorney’s Office filed a case on Monday.

At this time, an active investigation into the crash is underway.
