48-Year-Old Man Killed in Fatal Scooter Accident on Wells Avenue

RIVERSIDE, CA (April 25, 2022) –  Monday night, a collision between a scooter and SUV claimed the life of 48-year-old David Ducoing.

According to reports, the crash happened around 8:15 p.m., at the intersection of Tyler Street and Wells Avenue.

Investigators claimed that Ducoing entered the intersection and collided with a 2015 Chevy Suburban driven by a 29-year-old motorist.

Due to the impact of the collision, medics pronounced Ducoing dead at the scene. Meanwhile, the SUV driver remained uninjured and immediately stopped to cooperate with authorities.

Police questioned the driver at the scene but no arrests have been made. At this time, Riverside Officials continue to investigate the fatal crash.
