29-Year-Old Man Fatally Struck in Bicycle Crash near Jomani Drive

KERN COUNTY, CA (October 19, 2022) – Early Sunday morning, David Dee Wood Jr. was killed in a bicycle collision on Allen Road. 

The crash happened around 5:41 a.m., north of Jomani Drive.

At this time, the circumstances surrounding the incident and the identity of the involved driver remain unclear. 

Due to the impact of the collision, the bicyclist sustained fatal injuries and died at the scene. The Kern County Coroner’s office later identified the deceased victim as 29-year-old David Dee Wood Jr.
