They're at it again: The prickly L.A. Galaxy superstar and the public who have turned on him. After getting fined $1,000 by Major League Soccer Friday for engaging in a July 19 verbal confrontation with an angry Galaxy fan (since banned for life from the Home Depot Center stadium), David Beckham reportedly got into a row with another fan during Saturday's tied match with the Wichita Wizards.

According to ITN, “Beckham appeared to take offence at something the man said, and later claimed the spectator had insulted his wife, Victoria.”

The man, who was wearing an “England” T-shirt, was in the stands at

Kansas City's packed CommunityAmerica Ballpark. It's not known if he

was a Wizards supporter. The news service quoted the 34-year-old

midfielder as complaining, “He shouldn't actually be wearing that shirt

because what he was saying about my wife was a disgrace.”

No word yet

on what the man said about the former Posh Spice.
