Car Crash on Highway 1 Left Daniel Pablo Duarte Dead
SANTA BARBARA, CA (November 8, 2021) – A traffic crash on Highway 1 claimed the life of Daniel Pablo Duarte Sunday evening.
Santa Barbara County Firefighters responded to the incident around 5:30 p.m. at the area, north of Jalama.
Consequently, upon arrival, responders discovered a 2005 Chevy Silverado collided with a guardrail and came to a stop after crashing into a tree.
Afterwards, firefighters performed a heavy extrication to remove a man with critical injuries,
Eventually, paramedics transported 37-year-old Daniel Pablo Duarte to Lompoc Valley Medical Hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
Lompoc authorities are working to identify the circumstances surrounding the deadly traffic crash.
No words can mend the broken hearts and sorrow felt during this delicate moment. Deepest condolences and sympathies are with the family and friends of Daniel Pablo Duarte.
