Motorcycle Accident on Las Vegas Killed 44-Year-Old Daniel Holcomb

LAS VEGAS, NV (September 8, 2021) 44-year-old Daniel Holcomb died Saturday afternoon after a fatal motorcycle accident on Lake Mead Boulevard.

The incident occurred on September 4 at 3:49 p.m. in the vicinity of West Lake Mead Boulevard and Winwood Street.

According to reports, a 2005 Yamaha motorcycle was moving westbound while a 2017 Ford F59 FedEx delivery truck was stopped at a stop sign.

Per police reports, the truck entered the intersection and swerved into the path of the motorcycle. The motorcycle overturned and threw the rider off, causing him to collide with the truck.

Medics rushed the rider to University Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.

Officials later identified the victim as 44-year-old Daniel Holcomb.

At this time, no further details were given. However, an active investigation is ongoing.
