The aquarium celebrates National Hispanic Heritage Month with dance, crafts, music, storytelling, children's programs, food and bilingual educational programs about the Gulf of California and its delicate ecosystem and endangered species. Entertainment includes performances by the dance troupes Ballet Folklorico ASOSAL, Danza Azteca Cultural Ketzaliztli, Mixcoacalli Ballet Folklorico and Folklorico del Mar; music by Mariachi Juvenil and Marimba Guatemala India; and music and storytelling troupe MEXIKA.
