0 1If you like to move it, move it, but haven’t felt secure enough to go inside of an actual nightclub to do so due to the ‘rona, Dance DTLA just may be the answer. The Music Center celebrates movement and rhythm of all sorts outdoors– from disco dippin’ to Motown movin.’ There’s only two more theme nights in the late-Summer series, and this week’s event kicks off Labor Day weekend on Friday with a sizzlin’ salsa night (next week it ends with a Bollywood night). Free dance lessons with L.A.’s top instructors begin the evening and there will be art-making workshops, food and drinks and more, after that. You can even get vaxxed via a pop-up courtesy of the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health.  No matter vaccination status, guests must wear face coverings/masks to enter the outdoor dancing area on Jerry Moss Plaza. 7-11 p.m.; free.
