The Grammys are coming and with them a slew of parties, jams and VIP slams you probably won't be able to get into. Thankfully, a couple of really good ones are open to the public, geared toward dance-music fans. DJ Jazzy Jeff and BET's Vikter Duplaix host the Fourth Annual Kiss-n-Grind Grammy Edition, promising “celebrity guest performances all night long, aerialists, iPod giveaways and dance performances.” The guys will be getting their freak on with four turntables spinning soul, hip-hop, house, salsa, samba and reggae. Vanguard, 6021 Hollywood Blvd., Hlywd.; Fri., Feb. 11. Advance tickets at fla.vor.us/kissngrind. The next night, OM Records celebrates awards week with DJ sets from this year's Best Dance/Electronic Album Grammy nominees Groove Armada, along with 2003 winners Dirty Vegas and the inimitable Jason Bentley. An unmatched turntable trifecta, we say. Supperclub, 6675 Hollywood Blvd., Hlywd.; Sat., Feb. 12; supperclub.com. Advance tickets at groovearamada.eventbrite.com.
