39-Year-Old Motorcyclist Pronounced Dead after Accident near Western Avenue and Jim’s Road

BEN LOMAND, CA (July 27, 2022) – On Saturday, police responded to a crash that claimed the life of Damian Lanctot, along Alba Road.

The crash happened on July 23th, when Lanctot was heading eastbound on Alba Road on his 2019 Honda motorcycle.

According to initial reports, a 2021 Toyota 4Runner driven by a 51-year-old woman crashed head-on with Lanctot, for unknown reasons.

Furthermore, 39-year-old Lanctot was ejected from his vehicle while the unidentified woman struck a tree. Per Ben Lomand Officials, the woman was hospitalized for treatment of minor injuries, while Lanctot was pronounced dead at the scene.

Alcohol or drugs were not believed to be factors in the crash. Further investigations are still underway.
