The incident happened around 3:40 a.m. along on westbound Highway 116 near Arnold Drive on November 20.
As per reports, Servin drove a 2012 Ford Fusion sedan on westbound 116, when for unknown reasons, veered off the road and struck a tree.

Paramedics then took all three to Providence Queen of the Valley Medical Center for treatment.
Officials are currently investigating the potential of DUI driving at this time. CHP will conduct examination after her release from the hospital.
