27-Year-Old Bicyclist Fatally Struck in Deadly Car Accident near Culver Drive in Irvine

IRVINE, CA (March 18, 2021) – Saturday morning, 27-year-old Cynthia Alvarez was killed in a fatal bicycle crash near Campus Drive.

Per reports, Alvarez was riding her bicycle along the road when she was struck from behind by a vehicle. Due to the impact, she was ejected from the bike.

Paramedics say Alvarez suffered life-threatening injuries. Despite life-saving efforts, she was later pronounced dead on scene due to the extent of her injuries.
