Cute! Music, Fashion and Art at Kawaiiland


On Saturday night at Los Globos, Hello Drama PR & Ninja Crate in association with media partner JPy Magazine and Studio KuNu presented Kawaiiland, a music, fashion, art event that promotes and shares the love for all things Harajuku. Kawaiiland is the ultimate Kawaii experience. Kawaii translates to cute in Japanese, and houses its own worldwide subculture. The event was hosted by Instagram style star Luna Lovebad, and featured musical performances by Nylon Pink, Ricky Rebel and DJ sets by Tune in Tokyo.

This year’s event included runway shows from designers Miss Alphabet, YNA Liel, Pretty Star Clothing, Electric Star, Emvee Bikinis, Coker Jewelry. Kawaii vendors included Geeky Glamorous, Spooky Boutique, Enky Skulls, Rebowlution, Nerdy Bit, Roserie and more. All photos by Shannon Cottrell.
