Crunchyroll presented its second annual Anime Awards on Saturday, Feb. 24, and for the first time there was a live audience and amazing hosts, Anthony Carboni and Erika Ishii. Crunchyroll is a leading global video service for Japanese anime and Asian media.
Among those attending the awards show at Hollywood's Montalban Theater were NFL player and anime fan Mike Daniels and anime voice actors Caitlin Glass, Stephanie Sheh, Todd Haberkorn, ProZD, Gigguk, Reina Scully, Mother’s Basement, Lily Pichu, Miles Luna, Glass Reflection, Super Eyepatch Wolf, RDC World 1, Victoria Holden and Riley Rose Critchlow, plus the band Alice Underground.
Christopher Sabat of Dragon Ball Z also was present to accept his Industry Icon award.
