What the hell is wrong with people these days?

Los Angeles has seen its second report of a dognapping in as many weeks. The latest involves a woman who went into a Van Nuys yard, took pictures, and then took a 5-year-old Siberian Husky.

That according to an LAPD statement on the matter. The victim is a girl named April.

According to cops a neighbor spotted the suspicious female and took a photo of her … as she was taking photos of the property herself!

The thing is, it's a good picture. Someone should be able to recognize this (allegedly) crazy lady:

We called the LAPD to try to get more details such as when, exactly, this happened, but we were unable to get through to anyone.

In any case, if you know this woman or have an idea where she might be, detectives would love to hear from you: 818-374-0040.
