66-Year-Old Man Dies in Two-Vehicle Collision on Avenue H-12 in Lancaster

LANCASTER, CA (March 4, 2021) Saturday night on February 20th, 66-year-old Craig Smith was killed and 3 were injured in a car crash on 10th Street.

Officers said the incident happened around 5:20 p.m., on Avenue-H12. According to reports, Smith made a U-turn into the path of another vehicle.

There, the vehicles collided. Smith succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene. Additionally, his three passengers, a man and two women, sustained injuries.

Meanwhile, the other driver was not injured. However, authorities have not yet released their identities.

At this time, an active investigation to determine further details is still underway. Once available, more information will be released.
