In case you were already getting bored of all the food trucks making their rounds throughout our fair city, we've got another one for you.

The Komodo truck attempts to combine the sentiments and one-handed-eating of street food with the gourmet execution and ingredients of fine dining. They will be serving dishes like the aforementioned Cobb salad burrito, along with heavier sustenance, like a cheeseburger burrito. Burritos, in fact, seem to be the primary bill of fare from Executive Chef Erwin Tjahyadi, but with an emphasis on high quality product and diversity of ingredients.

The truck begins full service on January 7th, and according to their Twitter account, will begin its soft open tomorrow. No word yet on whether the truck, named after the largest lizard in the world, will be driven to attack and kill humans from time to time.
