Three-Vehicle Crash on Highway 41 Resulted in Death

KINGS COUNTY, CA (October 13, 2021)  On Saturday afternoon, a 55-year-old Clovis man lost his life three-vehicle crash on Highway 41 in Kings County.

The crash happened around 3:00 p.m. on Highway 41 and Grangeville Boulevard.

According to California Highway Patrol, the collision involved three cars, and the driver of a Chevy Silverado rear-ended the victim’s Nissan. The Nissan then collided with the Ford in front of it.

Responding rescue personnel discovered the driver of the Nissan dead at the site due to the extent of his injuries.

Officers with the CHP said they don’t know what caused the crash, but alcohol or drugs might have played a factor.

Police continue to investigate the fatal crash, more information will be released once available.
