A crazy lady has allegedly been stalking the wife of LAPD Chief Charlie Beck.

The suspect called her and said, “I'm going to … kill you,” according to a restraining order filed against the woman yesterday.

The department had nothing to say. The suspect was named as Veronica Roberts, a 43-year-old homeless woman who is accused of making those calls Sept.12 and then again on Tuesday, when the threat to Mrs. Beck's life was allegedly made:

I'm going to come to your house and pummel you … I'm going to get you and your dogs.

Those were also the woman's words, according to CBS Los Angeles' reading of the court papers.

She was arrested on suspicion of stalking Thursday, the station said: Roberts was found in “bushes,” in Pacific Palisades. She was being held in lieu of $200,000 bail, according to CBS2.

The woman is mentally ill and had allegedly threatened family members in the past, the station said.

Her problem with Cindy Beck? She allegedly said her husband, the chief, was following and harassing her.
