Who could have imagined the Valley without cars on a Sunday? But for the first time, CicLAvia made its way over the hill. Six miles of roads from Lankershim Boulevard in North Hollywood to the intersection of Ventura Boulevard and Coldwater Canyon in Studio City were closed off to cars and opened up for bicycles, skateboarders and pedestrians.
