Modesto Multi-Vehicle Crash Left Child Hospitalized

MODESTO, CA (July 25, 2021) – On Sunday, a multi-vehicle crash in Modesto left several people, including a child injured.

Emergency personnel responded to the incident around 9:42 P.M. at the intersection of College and Orangeburg Avenues.

Upon arrival, the rescue crew spotted at least three vehicles at the wreckage, including a Stanislaus County Sheriff patrol car.

In addition, a white sedan received damage to the passenger side and a Ford SUV with significant front end damage.

Eventually, paramedics arrived at the scene and airlifted a child inside the sedan to a pediatric hospital.

Meanwhile, everyone else involved sustained moderate injuries, according to Lieutenant Chris Adams of Modesto Police.

Authorities are investigating the circumstances surrounding the multi-vehicle crash.
