Chick Me Out is a new fast-casual Mediterranean spot in the NOHO West mixed-use shopping center, where juicy rotisserie chicken takes center stage. The focus is strictly on whole ingredients, organic proteins, and from-scratch recipes free of artificial additives and preservatives.
According to the mission statement from the team that also runs UMIAI Hand Roll & Sake Bar next door and will soon open a Hollywood outpost, “We want to help people feel better, live better, and eat better by serving food that truly nourishes the body. We believe real food has real power, and we’re committed to transparent sourcing and meals that support long-term wellness and a healthier lifestyle.
With roasting spits of Mary’s Organic Chicken and sides on full display, you can build your own bowl from the bottom up, or choose from menu selections like the high-fat and low-carb keto bowl, longevity bowl with wild salmon made to order, and the steak protein bowl made with grass-fed beef.

Plates are also available from the scratch kitchen, and no seed oils are used on the premises. The team worked with a nutritionist across the entire menu. Whole chickens, portions in halves and quarters, as well as sides, are also available a la carte.
Start your base with a choice of organic Mediterranean, brown, or white rice or greens. Sides include a colorful selection of sweet roasted red bell peppers, sweet potatoes, eggplant caviar, and traditional favorites like baba ganoush, hummus, tzatziki, and crisp pickled onions.
The variety of six sauces to top off includes smooth garlic, spicy lemon jalapeno, yogurt mint, creamy feta, and spicy tahini. The bright and friendly open minimalistic space that hits you with a waft of fresh vegetables as you walk in the door has counter ordering for dine-in or takeout.
