Chicago's industrial/EBM festival Cold Waves returned to L.A. for what is becoming an annual tradition. The three-night run, Sept. 27-29 at the 1720 in downtown, boasted many luminaries and pioneers of the industrial and EBM genres as well as newer acts, including Ohgr, Front Line Assembly, The Black Queen, Chemlab, C-Tec, Assemblage 23, Actors and Night Club.
