Another year, another write-up of the “Festival of the Chariots,” which celebrates 32 years of three stages of jangling entertainment by overeager Hare Krishnas (is that redundant?), 40-foot-tall chariots, plus, as is part of the ritual, the nastiest free feast you'll ever throw in the trash. We'd be remiss if we didn't add: Who's sari now?
